DBLW members can now receive their customized weekly grocery deliveries via Instacart through a variety of local retailers that include Kroger, Safeway, Costco, and others.

As your personal Nutritionist I will shop for healthy foods every week for you, putting them in your kitchen and helping coordinate recipes and providing nutritional support from a guided nutrition app.
